About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Guest Services Executive to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests, from arrival to departure. The Guest Services Executive contributes to delivering memorable experiences by managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently and providing comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and coordinating bell service assistance.
• Process guest departures efficiently by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system.
• Provide detailed information regarding hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area attractions to assist with guest inquiries.
• Utilize up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize revenue from rooms and services.
• Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and with care, while effectively managing messages and communications.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in guest services or a similar hospitality role. The salary for this position will be disclosed during the interview process.
