Role Overview:
The Warehouse Receiving Specialist will be responsible for the efficient management of inbound materials and communication with various teams within the organization. Your primary duties will include:

• Retrieving and processing inbound shipping documents
• Coordinating with the receiving Team Leader
• Preparing and checking shipment documentation
• Creating records in our systems to ensure traceability
• Supporting inventory management

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a medical or temperature-controlled warehouse
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
