At SERB Group, we play a critical role in shaping the future of tourism, and we are looking for a talented Human Resources Specialist to enhance our HR functions. As an HR Specialist, you will provide expert guidance, supervise HR Specialists, and manage complex HR matters aligned with our company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced HR support in areas like recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor HR Specialists to ensure efficiency in daily operations.
  • Handle escalated employee queries and sensitive cases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, Saudization, and company standards.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and management recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) is preferred.
  • 2–7 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a senior role.
  • Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, or payroll.
  • Hospitality or service industry experience is preferred.

Skills Required:
  • Strong supervisory and coaching skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
