We at WadClinic are looking for an exceptional human resources specialist to join our team!

In this position, you will be responsible for managing and periodically updating employee files and records, in addition to monitoring attendance, departure, and vacations.

Main Tasks:
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and job offers.
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating with the finance department regarding salaries and entitlements.
  • Handling employee inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Supporting internal audit processes related to human resources.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of legal aspects and labor law, with practical experience in dealing with legal issues related to human resources (a must).
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations/internal affairs.
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
