At Hyatt Place Al Ula, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to spearhead the opening of our new hotel. This unique opportunity allows you to play a vital role in shaping the hotel's introduction to the market.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing communications strategy and annual marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to create effective marketing initiatives.
  • Lead public relations efforts and coordinate with agencies for local and international exposure.
  • Oversee social media strategies and content direction with agency partners.
  • Manage the hotel’s marketing assets and campaigns in line with brand standards.
  • Track marketing performance and report results regularly.
  • Manage marketing budgets and forecasting.
  • Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and local community partners.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel marketing communications, preferably in an opening hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including PR, digital, social media, and campaign activation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
