Objective: Leading and managing the company's operational and commercial processes efficiently to ensure the provision of fresh products with exceptional quality and competitive wholesale prices, while achieving sustainable sales growth and enhancing profitability and consolidating the company's position in the market. Tasks and Responsibilities: First: Strategic Leadership and Planning - Preparing and implementing the company's overall strategy and growth and expansion plans. - Organizing corporate work and establishing structures, policies, and operational procedures. - Unifying the vision among different departments and ensuring the integration of roles and achieving common goals. Second: Operations and Supply Management - Full supervision of purchasing and supply operations and ensuring the continuous availability of fresh products on a daily basis. - Managing relationships with suppliers and farms and improving contracting and pricing terms. - Monitoring market movements in the fruit and vegetable markets and analyzing prices and competition to make informed purchasing decisions. - Developing and improving logistics processes and storage systems to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Third: Sales and Marketing Management - Supervising sales management and retail customer service and building long-term relationships with them. - Developing effective marketing plans (traditional and digital) to enhance market presence and increase market share. - Monitoring sales performance indicators and analyzing results to ensure the achievement of objectives. Fourth: Quality and Control - Monitoring the quality and safety of products according to health and municipal regulations. - Developing internal control systems and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Fifth: Financial Management - Managing budgets and cash flows and controlling expenses. - Achieving profitability goals and improving profit margins through effective cost management. Sixth: Human Resources Management - Leading and developing the workforce and enhancing a culture of performance and discipline. - Evaluating performance, motivating staff, and enhancing professional competence.
