Job title: Sales Representative - Dates Sector - (Experience in HORECA and contract management)
Tasks and responsibilities:
Achieving monthly and annual sales targets according to the approved plan
Developing and growing the customer base in the HORECA sector (Hotels - Restaurants - Cafes - Catering companies) wholesalers, stores, retail shops
Following up and signing contracts and commercial agreements with clients, and managing payment terms, renewals, and periodic follow-ups
Conducting regular field visits to clients, and building long-term relationships based on trust and commitment
Following up on collections and ensuring the regularity of payment processes
Submitting periodic reports on market movement, competitors, and new opportunities for management
Conditions and requirements
Practical experience of not less than 3 years in the field of dates sales exclusively within the Saudi market
Proven experience in dealing with the HORECA sector and catering companies and managing commercial contracts
Good knowledge of the dates market in the Kingdom and the types of dates and their characteristics
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
The ability to work in the field, withstand work pressure, and achieve goals
Possession of a valid driving license in the Kingdom, and it is preferable to have a car
Proficiency in using Office programs and CRM applications is preferred
