The work environment is manufacturing; we create requests in the factory and preparations, not ready-made products
There are no current clients, but the employee will be required to search for new clients, look for deals, and provide suggestions to the client
The location is in the heart of Riyadh on Al-Batha Street, near (Qasr Al-Hukm Station - Al-Oud Station - Sukayrina Station)
🎯 Job Objective:
Manage and develop sales of graduation event coordination services (for schools, universities, and private parties), starting from the initial communication with the client, through presenting services and negotiating, to executing the event and completing the financial collection.
📌 Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing and Attracting Clients:
- Communicating with schools, universities, and student groups
- Conducting field visits to targeted entities and presenting the organization’s services
- Building long-term professional relationships with departments and coordinators
- Continuously searching for new opportunities during graduation seasons and various events
2. Client Management (Sales Handling):
- Receiving client requests through various channels (WhatsApp, calls, visits)
- Analyzing client needs (number, budget, type of event)
- Providing integrated solutions that include:
- Graduation attire (jacket, sash, caps)
- Coordinating and preparing the venue (decor, balloons, themes)
- Accompanying events (photo corners, shows, DJ)
- Hospitality services (upon request)
- Preparing price quotes in coordination with management
3. Field Visits and Negotiation:
- Visiting client sites (schools, universities, event locations)
- Presenting a detailed service offer professionally
- Negotiating with clients to close deals
- Obtaining final approvals and confirming the request
4. Coordination and Execution:
- Coordinating with internal teams to start implementation
5. Financial Collection:
- Following up on payment collection (deposit and final payment)
- Ensuring receipt of all dues before or during implementation
- Delivering invoices and ensuring completion of financial procedures
6. Follow-up After Implementation:
- Measuring client satisfaction and obtaining feedback
- Strengthening the relationship with the client for future cooperation opportunities
- Requesting media materials (photos/videos) for marketing purposes
