We are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential in driving our digital marketing strategies in retail, FMCG, or ecommerce through effective campaign execution and performance management.

Role Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support and lead key digital initiatives across performance marketing, social media, ecommerce growth, and customer engagement. Your role will involve close collaboration with marketing, creative, CRM, and agency partners to execute impactful digital campaigns that enhance traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals, drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions for both in-store and ecommerce.
  • E Commerce & Online Growth: Support strategies to increase online sales and improve customer retention, enhance website performance and user experience.
  • Offline Digital Marketing & In Store Promotions: Execute digital initiatives to increase in-store traffic, integrate digital touchpoints into offline customer journeys.
  • Social Media & Content Management: Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize budgets and channels.
  • Customer Engagement & CRM: Support loyalty and retention initiatives, execute personalized campaigns.
  • Partnerships & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with agencies and partners, ensuring performance tracking and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or ecommerce.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, and social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • English required; Arabic preferred.
