We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Technician to join our maintenance team at Siniora Food Industries. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment within our food manufacturing facility to ensure continuous and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, such as pumps, motors, conveyors, and packaging lines.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure safe operation.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new production equipment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 35 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food.
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical diagrams.
• Understanding of safety procedures related to mechanical work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
