Qualifications Required:

• Mechanical Technician: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years experience in similar environments.
• E&I Technician: Technical Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering with 3-5 years experience.
• Field Operator: High school diploma with technical training; vocational certification preferred, along with 2-4 years of experience.

🔧 What You Will Do:

• Maintain and repair production machinery including extruders, conveyor systems, winding machines, and polymer processing equipment.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical issues that affect quality, production, or safety.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to keep manufacturing systems running smoothly.
• Work with maintenance planning to reduce machine downtime and support continuous operations.
• Maintain equipment records and help manage spare parts inventory.
• Support installation, alignment, and calibration of new equipment.

🛠 What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working in heavy industrial maintenance, preferably in textile or polymer manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, valves, and rotating machinery.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, condition monitoring, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with production and maintenance teams.
• Safety-first mindset and willingness to follow industry standards.

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a B1 Mechanical Technician responsible for ensuring optimal support for services in maintenance activities and the flight line to achieve a high level of fleet readiness in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety. Your role includes:

• Conducting detailed inspections and assembling, installing, repairing, or replacing aircraft components and systems.
• Compliance with all Airbus Helicopters management systems and policies.
• Working as part of a team to ensure aircraft maintenance tasks are performed on time.
• Executing all required activities swiftly and accurately while maintaining safety standards.
