Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team leaders to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system controls.
• Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, service level, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Manage labor planning, shift scheduling, and warehouse budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of warehouse or distribution operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, labor planning, and operational budgets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient storage, movement, and distribution of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety procedures and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:
