We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with a background in restaurants, food industry, or FMCG to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient storage, accurate inventory management, and timely distribution of products, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely supply and delivery.
• Maintain and enforce proper documentation, stock records, and reports.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and operates safely.
• Handle periodic audits and inspections by health and safety authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 57 years of experience in warehouse management within restaurants, food industry, or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing inventory and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
