We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead process improvements and efficiency in our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of our warehouses, managing staff, and improving processes to enhance productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
• Preparing reports, records, and documents required for the Chief Operating Officer.
• Monitoring stock levels in warehouses and stores and issuing purchase orders to ensure availability when needed.
• Ensuring timely shipping and distribution of inventory as needed.
• Overseeing inventory reconciliation and stock counts, ensuring accurate and timely records of inventory.
• Receiving all delivered inventory and ensuring compliance with purchase orders.
• Sorting, organizing, and storing inventory in an appropriate location to ensure easy access.
• Creating new inventory references in the company's system and labeling them accurately.
• Maintaining updated inventory records and keeping the correct stock count in the company's system.
• Conducting regular physical inventory counts to ensure that paper inventory data matches the inventory in storage.
• Facilitating effective and timely audits throughout the year.
• Achieving financial goals by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenses; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align inventory management with business objectives.
• Providing actionable insights based on inventory data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of inventory control within ERP systems.
• Excellent computer skills (MS, OS, etc.).
• Good writing and speaking skills in English and Arabic.

We are looking for an experienced warehouse manager to oversee logistics operations and supervise the team to ensure operations run efficiently. Responsibilities include: • Managing inventory and organizing receipt and delivery operations • Supervising the warehouse workers and distributing tasks • Ensuring safety and security standards in the workplace • Monitoring daily and monthly inventory reports. The position requires previous experience in warehouse management and strong leadership skills with proficiency in inventory management software.
