📍 Location:

Riyadh - Al Yasmeen District.

📋 Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct supervision of the customer service team and ensuring service is provided at the highest quality standards.

  • Professional handling of customer feedback and problem-solving to ensure their complete satisfaction.

  • Training and developing new employees and enhancing the efficiency of the current team.

  • Monitoring employee performance and ensuring smooth workflow during peak hours.

  • Preparing periodic performance reports and providing suggestions to improve the customer experience.

✅ Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the restaurant and food sector (F&B) in a supervisory position is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong leadership personality.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations intelligently.

  • Neat appearance and politeness in dealing with the public.

  • Joining the work immediately.


Salary: To be determined after the interview (based on experience and competence).
