Role Description

The Patients Relations Specialist will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, operating and maintaining office equipment, and supporting office administration.


Role Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, guests, and team members.
  • Experience in receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors.
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and software, such Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in supporting office administration, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English is preferable.
  • Training in medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
