Therefore, we have sought to build a team of experts in evaluating the quality of green coffee and in roasting coffee, and in tasting it. We have also sought to support and develop our team by taking courses in the field of green coffee, its harvesting and cultivation methods, as well as in roasting and its scientific arts, and obtaining accreditation from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). Tasks and Responsibilities: - Prepare hot and cold beverages according to quality standards. - Deal professionally and politely with customers. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. - Adhere to safety and health standards. - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
