To support this vision, we have built a team with deep expertise in bean evaluation, coffee roasting, and sensory tasting. We continuously invest in developing our team through specialized training in beans sourcing, harvesting and farming practices, as well as the science and art of coffee roasting. Our team is encouraged to pursue certifications from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold beverages according to specialty coffee quality standards

• Deliver a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused service experience

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times

• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in coffee preparation is required

• Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn and grow

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
