To support this vision, we have built a team with deep expertise in bean evaluation, coffee roasting, and sensory tasting. We continuously invest in developing our team through specialized training in beans sourcing, harvesting and farming practices, as well as the science and art of coffee roasting. Our team is encouraged to pursue certifications from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
