We are looking for a Visitor Relations Specialist ..

• Providing customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about the shopping center (store locations, events, amenities).

• Solving simple visitor issues such as lost items and providing directions or handling simple complaints, with escalation of complex issues to the supervisor.

• Maintaining positive interaction with visitors through clear communication and a willingness to assist and problem-solving skills.

• Documenting details of interactions with visitors and providing feedback by recording their comments and notes.

• Assisting in data collection and updating FAQs based on visitor inquiries.

• Following established procedures and protocols at the shopping center to ensure a consistent experience for visitors.

• Completing assigned tasks on time and to a high standard, as delegated by the chief visitor service officer or other team members.
