Job Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Chef degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the rice industry. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations. Experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the food and beverage industry is a plus. Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English language.

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Culinary Arts

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and develop new high-quality recipes inspired by Saudi heritage that match customer tastes.
• Conduct cooking tests and improve recipes to meet market needs and quality standards.
• Analyze and direct markets based on feedback to ensure product quality and acceptance.
• Train kitchen teams on preparation methods and new recipes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience of no less than 5 years in hot kitchens, including significant experience in the Saudi market kitchen.

• Strong familiarity with market trends and Saudi consumer tastes, and data analysis skills.
• The ability to work in a multicultural environment and excellent leadership and training skills.
