Position Overview:The Operations Manager will be responsible for the execution and delivery of F-15SA aircraft modifications on-site at King Abdulaziz Air Base. This role is critical in ensuring safety, compliance, and quality within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the modification execution and delivery, prioritizing safety and quality.
- Support functional execution and integration with program requirements.
- Oversee budget control and performance within the department.
- Maintain effective communication within the ICMMM team.
- Drive innovation for production efficiency and foster a culture of safety.
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:- 10 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance and Modification.
- 5+ years of experience with F-15 Aircraft modifications.
- 5+ years in an operational leadership role within the relevant environment.
Preferred Qualifications:- Degree in Aircraft Maintenance or a related technical field.
- Experience working in compliance with Saudi regulations.
