Air Products Qudra is seeking a Rotoflow Aftermarket Project Manager for its turbomachinery service center in Dhahran, KSA. Rotoflow, an Air Products Business, operates as a full-service turbomachinery OEM, providing new equipment solutions and global services across market segments such as industrial gases, petrochemicals, and hydrocarbons. This full-time role is crucial for managing aftermarket projects.

The Rotoflow Aftermarket Project Manager Role

This position is responsible for providing project execution and engineering support for a range of aftermarket services. These services include spare parts, repairs, upgrades, reverse engineering, and field service for all types of turbomachinery, covering both Air Products and non-Air Products equipment. The role involves significant collaboration with cross-functional teams across commercial, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing, as well as direct interaction with customers to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Proposal Managers to receive assigned orders, then develop and implement appropriate execution plans that address execution, budget, and schedule.
• Manage and execute multiple orders and projects concurrently through different phases, from order intake, execution, and shipment to invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Maximize revenue recognition and take necessary actions to address gaps between planned and actual performance.
• Ensure regular communication with internal and external stakeholders and customers regarding project status.
• Lead and guide the execution team, providing direction on objective priorities to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed as planned.
• Manage changes on projects to keep them on track and meet financial and customer targets.
• Provide feedback on lessons learned during execution to other functions to assure continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Technical Degree (BA/BS/BEng); a mechanical or industrial engineering background is preferred.
• Over 5 years of project management experience is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is beneficial.
• Detailed knowledge of rotating equipment, turbomachinery, accessory systems, and related technologies and services is a plus.
