Job Summary:

The customer service representative is responsible for providing professional and effective support and assistance to customers, whether via phone, email, live chat, or social media. This role aims to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve their issues and inquiries effectively, reflecting a positive image of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with Customers: Responding to customer inquiries and providing necessary assistance in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Problem Solving: Handling customer complaints and finding suitable solutions in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary.

  • Providing Information: Supplying customers with accurate and complete information about the company's products or services.

  • Documenting Data: Recording all interactions with customers, complaints, and solutions in a dedicated database.

  • Follow-up: Following up with customers after service provision to ensure their satisfaction and fully resolve their issues.

  • Internal Collaboration: Working with other teams within the company (such as sales and technical support) to ensure the best possible service delivery.

  • Achieving Goals: Contributing to achieving the customer service department’s goals related to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction rate and response time.


Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
