Responsibilities:

- Assist with report preparation and utilize platforms like SAP for travel and procurement management.
- Organize team events and facilitate bookings for visitors and new employees.
- Supervise company vehicle operations, including maintenance and fuelling.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace while managing site consumables and contracts.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A 2-year diploma or higher in Business Administration or a Technical Field.
- At least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
