About the Role
Join General Trading Company (GTC) Olayan Group as a Trade Marketing Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in setting, adapting, and implementing brand strategy in the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the total primary sales budget, forecast, and performance.
  • Negotiate and finalize annual business plans with all principals, submitting plans by category.
  • Negotiate annual trade marketing budgets and maximize investments to support in-market sales plans.
  • Enhance Gross Margin through improved product mix and trade marketing allocation.
  • Monitor operations to ensure manpower deployment aligns with business commitments.
  • Establish relationships with top 30 wholesalers and set pricing strategies after alignment with principals.
  • Review retail audit data and prepare action plans to address negative trends.
  • Support Sales Director in aligning databases with Nielsen census reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on competitive activities and communicate countermeasures.
  • Organize monthly meetings across major cities and spend 50% of your time on field visits.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure optimal stock rotation.

Qualifications
  • BA in Business or Marketing.
  • Minimum 6 to 7 years of sales management experience, with 2-3 years in trade marketing management preferred.
