We are looking for a dedicated individual to monitor our Express and domestic operations, ensuring effective and efficient workflow in accordance with our standards, procedures, and policies. As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and motivate our operations team to achieve departmental goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of operations personnel.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to safe work practices.
Manage team schedules and staffing for efficiency.
Track and optimize routes for delivery personnel.
Facilitate communication internally and externally.
Monitor team performance and identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role within an operations environment.
Experience in managing and motivating a team.
Proven experience in implementing operational standards.
