Join Nahdi as a Quality Control Senior Specialist!
As a critical role within our Distribution Centers, you will ensure compliance with all quality assurance standards and procedures. Your expertise will enhance our operational quality checks and drive effective investigations of non-conformities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Standards Execution and Validation: Receive and implement quality standards, perform daily compliance checks, and ensure adherence across operations.
  • Deviation and Investigation Management: Monitor and report any deviations from QC standards, lead investigations, and document findings for corrective actions.
  • Training and Continuous Improvement: Assist in translating standards for training staff, provide feedback for process enhancements, and support audits.

Work Environment:
Indoors 90%, Outdoors 10%
Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 days off
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a Quality Control role, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance/control, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Practical experience in warehouse or supply chain quality operations.
  • Strong leadership and team-development skills.
  • Solid knowledge of quality standards, SOPs, CAPA, and auditing practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
