Role and Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational staff to identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
- Lead and provide training to staff on quality improvement practices.
- Monitor patient safety initiatives and report any adverse events.
- Participate in accreditation and regulatory audits.
- Stay updated with industry trends and ensure adherence to internal policies.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in quality assurance within the healthcare sector.
- Preferred certification in Quality Management (CPHQ or CQIA).
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality frameworks.
- Proficient in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
