Responsibilities:- Support daily management of department duties.
- Assign work to associates to support workflow and daily production goals.
- Conduct standup briefs, deliver feedback, conduct audits and inspections.
- Support training and upskilling of new associates.
- Track, analyze and report on departmental metrics.
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
- Identify and address safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:- 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
