In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for motivating a team and ensuring they meet productivity targets aligned with company goals. Your strong leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining productivity standards and creating a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities.
- Manage and train Associates to provide the best service to customers.
- Ensure fulfillment of customer orders following quality and safety guidelines.
- Communicate critical shift-related information to management.
- Adjust labor allocation to meet operational plans.
- Engage with support functions to address performance issues.
- Solve logistics challenges through data analysis and process optimization.
Essential Qualifications:- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts.
- Willing to work up to 40 hours a week with possible overtime.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering-related fields.
