The Role / Opportunity
Our Business Unit is searching for a Quality Inspector in the Divisional Quality- Manufacturing & Bakery department in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure effective introduction of new packaging specifications across Almarai and suppliers, through appropriate evaluation and trials support on specific NPD packaging projects. You will also act as the packaging Development lead on promotional packaging projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, or Packaging
• Two (2) years packaging technology, packing development and implementation experience in food, drink, FMCG or related industries

About the Job
The Quality Technician at 360Solutions plays a vital role in monitoring and ensuring the quality of materials and products throughout various stages of production. This role aims to achieve full compliance with standards by inspecting materials and outputs, identifying causes of defects, and contributing to approved continuous improvement processes such as ISO 9001.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, components in manufacturing, and finished products.
• Carry out inspections to verify compliance with industry standards (such as ISO 9001 and AS 9100).
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection and testing results.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to address quality issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis of any failures or non-conformance in quality.
• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quality Engineering.
• At least two years of experience in an industrial environment in the quality field.
• Professional certification in quality (such as ASQ).
• In-depth understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 9100.
