Quality Foreman

About the Role

HolyStar Arabia is seeking a Quality Foreman to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring product quality and conformity through meticulous electrical inspections and testing across IPQC and FQC activities, ultimately contributing to the final release of products.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and execute electrical inspections and testing procedures. The Quality Foreman will be responsible for maintaining effective control over nonconformities and verifying product conformity before final release, upholding the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform daily electrical inspection and testing activities.
• Review drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), specifications, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct factory routine tests, functional testing, and dielectric testing.
• Review inspection reports and test records.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and customer/witness inspections.
• Initiate and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and verify the implementation of corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to QC Inspectors and Testing Technicians.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering departments to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure proper calibration, traceability, and control of QC records.
• Escalate significant or recurring quality issues to QC management.
• Meet the established targets for standard QC hours allocated per product type.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in quality control, electrical inspections, or a similar field. A strong understanding of quality assurance principles and testing methodologies is essential for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the HolyStar Arabia team. The role requires collaboration with various departments, including Production and Engineering, to address and resolve quality-related matters effectively.
