About the Role

Ataa Educational Company is seeking an experienced Institutional Business Development and Investor Relations Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving business growth, expanding investment and commercial opportunities, and managing effective investor relations in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to lead business development efforts and expand investment and commercial opportunities in line with the company's strategy for increasing revenue, growth, and market entry. This involves analyzing opportunities, managing partnerships, and developing investment initiatives. Additionally, the role is crucial for building and maintaining effective and transparent relationships with investors and shareholders, ensuring accurate and professional communication of financial and operational information, and enhancing company trust and market value.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies, identify new investment and commercial opportunities, conduct market studies, develop local and international partnerships, oversee feasibility studies, coordinate with financial and legal departments, manage negotiations, develop digital tools for business decision-making, monitor KPIs, and analyze M&A opportunities.
• Investor Relations: Act as a liaison between the company and investors, develop and implement investor relations programs, prepare performance reports, communicate company performance and growth strategies, organize investor meetings and events, coordinate with financial and legal teams for accurate reporting, manage investor inquiries, analyze investor feedback, and prepare periodic reports for the Board of Directors.
• Investment: Prepare short, medium, and long-term investment plans and strategies, monitor and analyze investment opportunities, manage new lease contracts and review existing portfolios, maximize investment returns by identifying asset utilization opportunities, analyze financial data and cash flows, prepare investment plans with KPIs, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Investment, or Finance is preferred. Professional certifications such as CFA, CPM, or equivalent are also preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, business development, financial analysis, or investment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory position.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies such as the Capital Market Authority and preparing disclosure reports.
• Proficiency in analyzing stock performance and factors influencing the company's market value.
• Experience in developing commercial and investment partnerships and alliances.
• Knowledge of preparing feasibility studies and analyzing investment risks and returns.
• Ability to develop and implement communication strategies with investors and shareholders.
• High proficiency in preparing presentations and financial reports for investors and senior management.
• Familiarity with digital technologies used in investor relations management and performance reporting.
