Join Siemens as an Area Sales Manager! You will play a key role in leading and implementing the sales strategy and targets in the KSA Oil & Gas and infrastructure market for the Electrification and Automation business unit.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement sales guidelines and set targets for the sales organization.
• Develop and propose sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategy.
• Manage budgets and regular sales reporting.
• Define and allocate resources to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Project Management.
• Drive customer focus within the organization.
• Support strategic key customers' business development.
• Lead and coordinate dedicated management and staff.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably in power electric.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of MV Systems, MV Switchgears, and related standards.
• Experience in sales process and CRM Salesforce.
• Good communication and self-motivated with business orientation.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

As the Manager - HNWI, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for our theme parks by fostering relationships with VVIPs, high net worth individuals, corporates, and government clients. Your focus will be on creating personalized client experiences, securing new business, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya Theme Park and Water Park.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VVIPs, high net worth individuals, corporate clients, and government representatives.
• Ensure high levels of personalized service and engagement.
• Act as the primary contact for communication, inquiries, and service requests.
• Manage sales activities for new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and materials.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscape.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate terms and agreements for mutual benefits.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations for seamless implementation.
• Utilize CRM tools for record keeping of sales activities.
• Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 36+ years in sales or client relationship management with proven success.
Skills: Strong in sales strategy, client partnerships, and knowledge of Saudi domestic market. Excellent presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills. Fluent in English.
