Service Coordinator at Al-Ghomlas Trading Company

Al-Ghomlas Trading Company is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This role is designed for individuals with proven experience in coordinating installation works and effectively managing client interactions within a professional work environment.

Role Overview

The Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of installation projects and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position involves direct coordination with both internal work teams and external clients, contributing to the efficient delivery of services and the successful closure of work orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule installation appointments and coordinate effectively with work teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor the progress of installation works and follow up on their execution until all work orders are officially closed.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, and follow up on their feedback to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with technical and quality departments to uphold high standards of service delivery and customer experience.

Required Experience and Background

• A minimum of two years of experience in coordinating and scheduling installation works is required.
• Previous experience within a company operating in the field of WPC doors or kitchens is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating between clients and installation teams, including diligent follow-up on work execution.

Essential Skills and Technical Proficiency

• Excellent skills in communication, customer service, and problem-solving are essential for this role.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications is required, with preferred experience in ERP systems.
