About the Role

Diversey is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing and expanding our business within the Building Service Contractors (BSC) sector in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing market penetration and overall market share by identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The Account Manager will undertake a range of strategic and operational duties, including:

• Surveying market potential in the Riyadh region, identifying prospective clients, and planning coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.
• Defining objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short-term and long-term sales and earnings.
• Performing direct sales activities on major accounts and negotiating deals.
• Achieving sales targets for the assigned BSC budget through cross-selling, range selling, and actively hunting for new business.
• Strengthening and improving customer business relationships.
• Delivering technical presentations and demonstrating the superiority of products and services to meet or exceed client needs.
• Negotiating with customers on both technical and commercial matters.
• Providing training and coaching to customers’ end users to increase their application knowledge.
• Supporting Marketing functions by identifying sales opportunities, assisting with customer acquisitions, driving value propositions, and conducting customer improvement projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong educational background and relevant professional experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
