About the Role

GG Selection is seeking an Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on daily accounting activities and providing support for basic HR and Saudi government relations processes.

Role Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for managing essential financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves assisting with human resources and government-related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance and smooth operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including purchases, bank payments, journal vouchers, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Support HR and government-related processes such as Iqama, visa, and work permit issuance or renewal.
• Handle or support transactions through platforms like Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Maintain employee records and monitor the expiry dates of government documents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Practical experience in general accounting and daily financial transactions.
• Knowledge or experience with Saudi HR and government processes.
• Familiarity with Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem is preferred.
• Good Excel and accounting system skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
