Assistant Demand Planner

About the Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking an Assistant Demand Planner to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Assistant Demand Planner will be responsible for reviewing and updating demand forecasts, monitoring accuracy, and managing purchase order processes to ensure timely deliveries.

Role Overview

The Assistant Demand Planner coordinates with various internal teams and external suppliers to optimize supply planning and maintain compliance with company policies. This role is central to ensuring efficient supply chain operations and accurate forecasting within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and update demand forecasts based on sales trends and market changes.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and analyze demand data regularly.
• Manage purchase order processes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Commercial, and Logistics teams for scheduling and supply planning.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and improve planning workflows.
• Support supplier performance reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate forecasting systems and master data.
• Recommend tools and process improvements to enhance planning efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain operations.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/planning systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
