Assistant Director of Sales

About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving sales performance and achieving targets across rooms, meeting suites, and banquet halls. The successful candidate will manage daily sales activities and contribute to maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities and provide coaching to the sales team to ensure full potential is met.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals to support the maximization of profitability.
• Develop and implement sales plans designed to drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, and boost volume in food and beverage.
• Produce and review monthly reports to monitor sales performance effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and external contacts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality sector.
