About the Role

GRG is partnering with a new digital bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which is preparing for its launch. The bank is built on a modern, cloud-native technology platform and focuses on creating secure and fully digital customer experiences, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Financial Sector Development Program. This full-time role as an Assistant Manager, Business Analyst, is central to product, business, and technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer and commercial needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the development of digital journeys across onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, and lifestyle services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX and UI teams, engineers, operations, compliance, and risk teams.
• Support delivery from early design phases through testing, launch, and hypercare.
• Ensure that all digital journeys are intuitive, scalable, and compliant with SAMA requirements.

Role Context and Impact

This position offers the opportunity to join a greenfield digital bank prior to its launch, directly influencing the products that customers will use daily. The role provides broad exposure to digital product design, agile delivery methodologies, banking technology, testing, and regulatory governance. The Assistant Manager, Business Analyst, will work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, where their analysis will inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required.
• A master's degree or relevant certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI PBA, CSPO, or PSPO is an advantage.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.

Required Capabilities

• Ability to translate customer and commercial needs into clear requirements.
• Experience in supporting digital product delivery from design to launch.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly SAMA.
