About the Role

The Cigna Group is seeking a Full-time Associate Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and compliance of data uploads, specifically focusing on member validation and processing within the CHI system.

Role Overview

As an Associate Analyst, you will play a critical part in maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency. The primary focus of this position involves validation activities to ensure successful and compliant CHI uploads, addressing key issues such as member corrections, CHI rejections, and delayed CHI linking.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify mandatory policy and member information prior to uploading data onto CHI.
• Ensure accuracy of National ID, Iqama, Border Number, Passport Number, and Member IDs, confirming they match supporting documents.
• Perform pre-upload validation for additions, deletions, transfers, and corrections to prevent CHI rejections.
• Investigate mismatches between client census files, system records, and CHI requirements.
• Analyze rejection reasons, coordinate necessary corrections, and resubmit records within agreed SLA timelines.
• Confirm alignment of policy effective dates, enrollment dates, and renewal dates with underwriting approvals and policy setups.
• Process various updates including DOB corrections, ID changes, relationship changes, and member transfers between groups.
• Track uploaded members until successful acceptance and linking in the CHI portal, escalating unresolved cases promptly.
• Ensure all uploads adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
• Produce validation error reports, rejection analysis, SLA performance reports, and recommendations to reduce upload failures and enhance first-time-right quality.
• Manage and action the Validation mailbox within specified SLA.

• 0-1 year of professional experience.
