The Role

Lenovo is seeking an Asst. Labor Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to managing labor operations within the production department, focusing on workforce planning, recruitment support, and employee development to ensure a stable and flexible labor force.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a labor demand plan for the production department in collaboration with Industrial Engineering (IE).
• Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) to advance recruitment efforts and meet the labor needs of the production department.
• Develop and implement employee training programs to continuously enhance their skills.
• Manage overall employee attendance to support a stable production workforce.
• Oversee the buffer team to provide flexible labor support across the plant.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in labor supervision or a related operational management field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

Work Environment and Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time role within Lenovo's operational framework. The work involves direct engagement with production teams and cross-functional collaboration.
