About the Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on identifying and driving enhancement opportunities for our platform from a business perspective. The role involves translating market requirements and business needs into scalable solutions to support platform growth.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to identify and advance development opportunities for the platform. The specialist will ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into solutions that support the platform's strategic growth and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and scope optimization and development opportunities for the platform from a business perspective.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to align platform solutions with overarching business goals.
Evaluate market trends and operational data to propose data-driven enhancements for the digital platform.
Prepare clear business requirements, recommendations, and strategic proposals to guide feature development.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented business solutions and product updates to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to translate market requirements into actionable business solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams to achieve business objectives.
