About the Role

The Executive Network is seeking a Business Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing all critical business areas, including financial management, operational processes, payroll, and human resource administration functions. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Select, hire, and supervise staff across all business functions.
Coordinate orientation for new staff and manage ongoing training and education for current employees.
Implement pricing strategies and manage business operations to achieve aggressive growth goals.
Monitor operational performance and drive issue resolution as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a similar business management role.
Demonstrated experience in financial management, business operations, payroll, and HR administration.

Skills and Attributes
