The Role of Business Setup Consultant

RadiantBiz Management Consultancy is seeking a Business Setup Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position is central to guiding clients through the entire process of establishing and expanding their businesses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal and regulatory requirements specific to business setup in KSA.
• Prepare and review all necessary documentation for company formation and licensing.
• Coordinate effectively with relevant government and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure the timely completion of all company formation and licensing activities.
• Analyze client needs to recommend suitable business structures and jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated banking, tax, and compliance support.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Contribute insights to continuously improve internal processes and service offerings.

Daily Tasks

• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Perform market and regulatory research to stay informed on the KSA business environment.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals for prospective and existing clients.
• Provide regular status reporting on ongoing client engagements.
• Maintain accurate records of all engagements to ensure a smooth and efficient setup experience.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 0-1 years of experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of business setup processes and regulatory environments. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client interaction and internal collaboration.
