About the Role

PROVEN is seeking a Sales Consultant (HR Services) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves promoting and selling comprehensive company formation, post-incorporation, and business support services to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted point of contact, guiding clients through the process of establishing and maintaining their businesses, ensuring corporate compliance, and facilitating access to ongoing operational and immigration services. This is a target-driven position suited for a proactive sales professional with 5-10 years of experience and a strong understanding of business setup and corporate services within the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships across a range of business support services. This includes identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including calls, meetings, referrals, networking, online platforms, and company marketing channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Represent PROVEN professionally at meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, service agreements, and commercial offers in coordination with relevant internal departments.
• Follow up with leads and clients to close deals and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Clearly inform clients about required documents, timelines, fees, and service procedures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous communication after onboarding.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support client retention and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with operations, legal, government relations (PRO/GRO), finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client communications, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within HR services, business setup, or corporate services.
• Strong understanding of business setup, post-incorporation, and immigration processes.
• Familiarity with relevant authorities and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems for managing leads and sales activities.
