About the Role

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center (KFSH) in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialist, Perfusion Services to join its full-time team. This role is integral to providing specialized patient care, focusing on the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of services in close collaboration with senior clinical specialists and medical staff.

Role Summary

The Clinical Specialist for Perfusion Services holds direct responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality, specialized care to a specific patient population. This position requires a proactive and collaborative approach, ensuring that patient care plans are developed and executed effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of specialized care needs for a defined patient population.
• Develop and plan individualized care strategies in close coordination with more senior clinical specialists.
• Implement specialized care interventions and procedures with precision and adherence to established protocols.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of the specialized care provided.
• Collaborate actively with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and optimal patient management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A current Registered Nurse licensure from the country of origin is a mandatory requirement.
• Candidates must possess four (4) years of nursing experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR six (6) years of nursing experience with an Associate Degree/Diploma.
