Cards Acquisition Specialist Digital Payments

About the Role

PayTech Group is seeking a Cards Acquisition Specialist Digital Payments to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role focuses on driving growth across credit card sales, acquisition, activation, and usage. The specialist will manage the full customer acquisition journey, improve sales funnel efficiency, execute campaigns, and monitor performance to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of card acquisition strategies and targeted sales campaigns.
• Manage and enhance the end-to-end customer acquisition journey.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the sales funnel.
• Monitor campaign and sales performance, including conversion rates, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate effectively with sales channels, marketing, operations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare regular performance updates and actionable recommendations for management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in cards sales and acquisition, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of credit card products, sales mechanisms, and the complete customer acquisition journey.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing campaigns designed to drive acquisition, activation, and usage.

Mandatory Skills

• Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.
• Regional experience, including working effectively within a fast-paced matrix organization.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions.
• Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
• An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.

Work Eligibility

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must meet all applicable work authorization and client eligibility requirements for employment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
