The Role: HR Officer (Sales)

Almarai is seeking an HR Officer (Sales) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to the HR Division, focusing on enhancing employee personnel services within the sales division. The role involves reviewing various documents and preparing performance reports to ensure efficient HR operations and support the sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical requests to ensure they are covered in company policy.
• Verify bank loan applications to confirm employee entitlement.
• Analyze school fee invoices to ensure employee entitlement and that claims match entitlements.
• Verify salary documents for new and trial employees from various regions to ensure timely payment at month-end.
• Analyze termination and final payment requests originating from regions to ensure all required documentation is complete.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. Additionally, successful candidates will demonstrate:

• The ability to work effectively with diverse teams and multiple nationalities.
• Proficiency in managing various tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
