The Role of HR Officer

Almarai is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the HR Division by delivering essential employee personnel services specifically within the sales division. The role focuses on reviewing various documents and preparing performance reports to ensure efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical requests to confirm coverage in accordance with company policy.
• Verify bank loan applications to ensure employee entitlement.
• Analyze school fee invoices to confirm entitlement and match claims with established entitlements.
• Verify salary documents for new and trial employees from various regions to facilitate timely month-end payments.
• Analyze termination and final payment requests originating from regions to ensure document completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an HR or administrative role.
