The Role: Quality Assurance Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager (Poultry) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for upholding the company’s stringent quality standards within its poultry manufacturing operations. The manager will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive compliance with Almarai’s Safety Policy, Quality Policy, and the Divisional Quality Management System, contributing directly to the achievement of Divisional Business and Quality Objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance of poultry manufacturing operations with the company's Safety Policy.
• Maintain adherence to Almarai’s Quality Policy and the Divisional Quality Management System.
• Manage all quality-related processes within the poultry factory site.
• Oversee and develop quality assurance personnel.
• Optimize and manage resources allocated to quality assurance functions.
• Contribute to the achievement of Divisional Business and Quality Objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably within the poultry or food manufacturing industry.
