About the Opportunity

Amazon is seeking a Channel Team Lead, Saudi National Hub Delivery, to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership position is central to the expansion and operational excellence of Amazon's Hub Delivery program within the region.

Role Purpose

The Channel Team Lead will oversee and guide a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) responsible for onboarding and managing local retail partners for Amazon's Hub Delivery program. This role combines field execution with strategic oversight, ensuring ADEs achieve activation and performance targets while upholding Amazon's high delivery standards. The successful candidate will act as a coach, problem-solver, and results driver, enabling their team to succeed in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs), ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
Provide hands-on coaching to ADEs in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence within the team.
Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
Identify systemic issues within assigned territories and implement corrective action plans.
Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a leadership role focused on account development, sales, or program management within a fast-paced operational environment.
