Key Responsibilities:- Accounts Management: Manage invoicing and accounts receivable, preparing and issuing invoices periodically as per financial policies.
- Collection & Financial Operations: Monitor customer collections and prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
- Driver and Shipment Settlements: Review and reconcile driver settlements on a daily and weekly basis.
- Expense & Procurement Management: Record and track operational expenses and ensure compliance with the budget.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports to assess financial performance.
Qualifications:- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
